Hanna Niner
About
Hanna’s passion for family law grew out of her drive to help others going through difficult times. She prides herself on being a zealous advocate for her clients at every stage of their case. Her goal is to get the best outcome for her client while ensuring her client’s experience within the legal system is as stress-free as possible. Hanna prioritizes open, honest, and consistent communication with her clients because she knows support from an attorney is invaluable. Hanna understands that each case is different, and firmly believes that her role is to provide clients with the legal guidance necessary for them to make informed decisions that directly impact their lives. Hanna finds her role as a family law attorney most rewarding when she witnesses her client move forward with their life in a positive direction after resolving their legal matter.
Hanna learned from an early age that her mission in life is to advocate for others. As a child, Hanna’s brother, who was born with Down Syndrome, suffered two strokes. Hanna quickly took on the role of her brother’s advocate as her family navigated complex medical, legal, and educational issues. Hanna’s credits her experience with her brother for making her a patient, compassionate, and empathetic attorney.
Hanna attended college at Trinity University and law school at the University of Houston where she graduated in the top ten percent of her class. During college, Hanna discovered her passion for working with violence survivors while volunteering with a local rape crisis center. Inspired by a desire to help others, Hanna served as a Peace Corps Community Health Volunteer in rural Paraguay for two years where she continued her work with violence survivors and violence prevention. Through these opportunities, Hanna gained extensive insight into the lived realities of violence survivors, an understanding that informs how she addresses her family law practice.
When Hanna is not practicing law, she enjoys exploring new countries, gardening, and playing golf.
